Toosdae ?'s

Sitting on your butt for 2 months being unemployed tends to make you feel not so good about yourself. Because I'm bored and have no money to play I've started walking and doing yoga and step aerobics again and so far, it's made a world of difference in my energy level. Though I'm still having "down" days, I'm hoping that they'll start to fade away. So...today's questions have to do with exercise and dieting...enjoy! (Not pvc fence installation)

1. Does exercising make you feel like you have more energy or less?

2. What is your favorite way to get exercise? Walking, running, gym, aerobics...etc.

3. What is your favorite "diet food"? What do you crave most when you are limiting yourself?

1. Exercising makes me feel tired at first but in a good accomplished way & I always sleep better when I get regular exercise. Overall-after a couple of weeks-I have more energy than before.

2. I love walking outside-not on a treadmill. My whole life I've been a walker and have recently started walking more regularly to get out of the house. I also really like yoga and step aerobics-but only in the privacy of my own home. Not a fan of the classes.

3. My favorite diet food has to be air-popped popcorn. I love popcorn anyway even when I'm not dieting, but knowing it's not bad for me is wonderful. When I'm limiting myself, I miss pizza and oddly enough, peanut butter and jelly.

Just like you said, in the beginning its draining, but after a it becomes routine, its a great boost.

Archery, walking, mountain biking (I plan to start all three when the weather breaks)

3. What is your favorite "diet food"? What do you crave most when you are limiting yourself?
Fruit, flavored water, baked Lays chips

1. exercise? What's that?
Bwahahahahahah

2. walking or walking in a pool and treading water (more restance in water, but gentler on the joints)

3. Any food can be a diet food if eaten in reasonable portion and moderation.

1. More

2. Walking but I also love dance-style aerobics. Not that I ever get to really do it anymore. Videos are not the same.

3. Chick peas. I am crazy about them in all forms and nobody in my family agrees. I have all the ingredients on hand for some hummus but Jasmine will be offended. I also love coleslaw and I can make it pretty healthy but it gets the same reception.

1) definitely more energetic

2) Swimming..mainly because I love water. Running is much too exhausting it seems.

3) Oddly enought peppers. Yellow peppers to be more precise. Haven't figured out why that is.

1. More (though I can be quite exhausted by bedtime)

2. Walking

3. Healthy Choice Supreme French Bread Pizza

BTW, don't let the absence of a job get you down. A wise man once said that work is not your worth.

1. I don't even remember last time I went to gym :o) But I think it energized me after a while.
2. I walk with my dog. That's about it.
3. I like all kinds of fruits.

1- I think it makes me feel more tired (but that's because I don't sleep enough) but I tend to get way more done when I'm exercising because I just feel better about myself and my day.

2- I used to be a step aerobics maniac, but last summer I started running and discovered that I LOVE it! But, if I could, I would play Ultimate Frisbee everyday. That's by far my favorite thing to do for exercise... it's just a little hard to do by myself. ;)

3- Fruit is my favorite. And breadish things are the hardest thing for me to not eat.

1. More.

2. I like basic sit ups and push ups. And I prefer the gym when I'm physically able.

3. I don't diet. I just eat what I want in moderation.

I'm totally late, but oh well - I want to answer anyway ;-0

1. The first week, less energy. But after that definitely more energy.

2. Walking or riding a bike. Or playing soccer.

3. I don't believe in diet food. They never work because eating healthy has to be a lifestyle choice. Also, anything (or everything) in moderation.
