Toosdae ?'s

Hey everyone! I'm sorry that my blog's been kind of out of order this last month-with guests and vacation and then my dad, I've kind of been distracted. Hopefully this is a new start to a normal posting run...let's begin with Toosdae ?'s, k?

1. If you had to base a dish around one ingredient in your refrigerator, what would you use?

2. If your best friend called you up right now and wanted to go on a week long road trip would you be able to afford it (without using your high limit credit card?

3. Which is neater, your work space or your living space?

1. That's easy: Cheddar cheese. Even if I had nothing else, a meal made of cheese is a meal made to please! :)

2. Nope. Rent is due in a couple of days and because I was on vacation this month I won't have any cash until the 15th when I get paid again. I'm hoping this is the month I get to save some $$ so this doesn't keep happening.

3. My work space for sure. Especially because I was on vacation and had guests and then ran out of my apartment in a hurry because I was rushing to get to the hospital. So...my apartment is disheveled but I will be cleaning today after work.

1. If you had to base a dish around one ingredient in your refrigerator, what would you use? EGGS - They are always in the fridge.

2. If your best friend called you up right now and wanted to go on a week long road trip would you be able to afford it (without using your high limit credit card?) Hell no! I have a wedding to pay for, lol.

3. Which is neater, your work space or your living space? My work space is more organized, and easier to keep clean because its smaller.

1. I'm with star8278. Eggs.

2. Yes, I would be able to afford a modest road trip financially, but with all the activities and stuff regarding the kids? Nah. Couldn't afford it timewise.

3. Mostly my living space...

1) My homemade gravy

2) Nope nope nope

3) Probably work space now, since I have folded clothes from the dryer all over, but not put away

1- this happens often to me... can said ingredient be in my freezer instead? If yes, then it would be ground turkey. I always have that. If no, then probably eggs or cheese, like you and the other two gals.

2- No road trip for me. Besides the financial aspect, it would be too hard to figure out the kids. (Especially since my favorite babysitter, aka the children's father, is working out of town on the weekdays.) :(

3- I am a stay at home mom, so my work space and my living space are one and the same. Sadly, neither is very *neat.

*see my blog post today.

1. D'oh. In the fridge? There's not much in there... can I pick the salmon steak that's in my freezer? Because I don't know what even YOU would make from iced tea and condiments!

2. Um, that would be a big NEGATORY, good buddy!

3. I'll pick "Neither" for a hundred, Alex.

1. Cheese, Just got back from a trip to Wisconsin, so I've got alot of it!

2. I could afford it, but should and could are two different things. I'm barely at my "minimum comfort point" on cash level right now... but that will soon be fixed. Plus, I got a wedding to pay for in two weeks. (OUCH!)

3. I'm a total slob... I would say my vacation spot -- the airstream. Now enough space to really get all slobbish.

1. I'd say cheese or eggs, too. They are always in my fridge.
2. Hmmmm... I probably could afford it, but I don't think any of my friends would ask me that.
3. Both are under control :o) Could be neater, but are not really dirty either.

1. Oreo Cakester

2. Probably, but I prefer not to buy things I don’t have the money for.

3. Work space. It’s much easier to keep a few square feet clean than several hundred.

1. Turkey Bacon. I'd say real bacon but I don't have any in the fridge.

2. No way. Not even if my friend was buying the gas. I have about $40.00 that hasn't yet been claimed by bills and I'm saving it for part of the next mortgage payment.

3. Neat, as in tidy? I don't really do tidy very well but probably my living space would qualify as tidier. I'm getting better at housekeeping routines. My workspace is organized enough for me but most people would just see chaos.

1. Cheese!!! Right now in my fridge its Colby Jack :-0...

2. No. And I wouldn't be willing to take the time off as this week and next are going to be important for me to be around here. :) I like being needed at work.

3. The same. Both are clean. Very clean. Well the "very" is because my dad saw my apartment for the FIRST time this past weekend. :-0

Happy Toosdae!!! :)

1. Definitely eggs. The rest of the stale stuff in there isn't fit for consumption!

2. As much as I would like to, absolutely, positively NOT!

3. Work is probably cleaner but truth be told, the people I work with are slobs! Home is just totally cluttered at this point and I hate clutter!

1. If you had to base a dish around one ingredient in your refrigerator, what would you use? Eggs. There's not much else honestly.

2. If your best friend called you up right now and wanted to go on a week long road trip would you be able to afford it (without using your high limit credit card? Yeah, granted, I'd probably stick to spending on necessities but I'd be okay.

3. Which is neater, your work space or your living space? Living space. I'm still trying to get a handle on the mess the last girl in my position left things.

1. The ingredient would be eggs, and the dish would be scrambled egg burritos with bacon bits, cheese, and Ranch.

3. My work space.

1. Cheese, cheese and more cheese. I could spread it on cardboard and love it!
2. Absolutely no way, no how.
3. My desk at work was always near perfect. My house? Don't even ask.
