As Seen on Boston's Craigslist

For free: 25 pound lead brick...
Uh...ok. There's really only one thing I can think of that would use 1 lead brick...and it involves a bad guy and a river...

Good to know it's free though!

I think I saw this episode on Law and Order....or maybe it's one of the weapons in the Clue board game!

Seriously, the price of scrap metal is WAY up. If it's free I'd take it to the scrapyard. At $9 per 100lb. That worth $2.25!!!

be careful... if you get your fingerprints on it..you might end up involved with Whitey Bulger

Hehe. Totally weird but if you get the lead brick and the bad guy I get the concrete shoes and the other bad dude ;)

Gee, do you think that's what they make lead shoes out of?

Ah the things you can find on Craig's List!

I'm not sure lead is included in the "hot" metals right now.
If you could spray-paint it copper and convince Guido at the recycling center it was pure copper, you'd have a goldmine!
(We just had another idiot on the news tonight who was electrocuted trying to steal copper wiring from an agricultural silo...)

LOL! Why would someone go to the effort of putting this on Craigslist? Weird! I wonder if some guy is looking at Craigslist right now and freaking out with excitement because he finally found what he was looking for... that 25 pound lead brick!!! "And," he tells his friend on the phone who he just couldn't wait to call, "best of all.... it's FREEE!!!!!"

LOL! What a funny thing!

Tisha: I know, huh? The things people put on Craigslist...

Mo: Why's the guy at the pawn shop gotta be I-talian? ;)

Clancy: I'm glad you got a kick of this-I did too, obviously. LOL!

I wonder how many No. 2 pencils could be made out of all that lead?
