In fact, I've made goat cheese and red pepper sandwiches before, and so the sausage is going to fit right in...but it's pasta...I can't wait to play with sauces.Do you not like goat cheese? It's a hard one to pass off on people who hate it.

Three of mine made it too! I threw you a curve with peanut butter. This sounds wonderful!!! I've never cooked with goat cheese but love Brie, roquefort and other strong cheeses, so I'm sure this will be yummy!
