Toosdae ?'s

1. You are being exiled to a deserted island for the rest of your life. The only reading material you are allowed is one (1) volume of the encyclopedia. Which volume (letter) do you choose and why.

2. I've recently been thinking about my readers-if we were friends in real life, I'd know a lot more about you. So: what nationality are you? Do you celebrate any holidays associated with your heritage? How old are you? Are you male or female? (You don't have to answer any of these questions, and I love you all no matter what!)

3. Would you rather be able to foretell the future, or have all the money you will ever need?

1. I'd choose "S" because I'm sure it's a thick one and I'd want as much variety as possible.

2. I'm Italian and Irish. We celebrate all of the normal holidays...but on St. Patrick's Day, my mom always makes Corned Beef and Cabbage and Green Milk. She's crazy. I am 30, female. White. Catholic. Straight. Fun loving! Silly! Hmm...what else?

3. I would rather have all of the money I will ever need. Though I've said I want to know the future, I don't think I really do. Plus, if it doesn't actually happen, there's severe disappointment. I happen to know for a fact...

Oooh! I could potentially be first!

[1] I'd choose E so that I can look up Egypt, Etymology and Eeyore. I mean, what more could you possibly want?

[2] I'm English! But I'll be celebrating St Patrick's day this year because one of my little sister's best mates is Irish, and because I have an Irish surname thanks to my great granddad from County Sligo.

[3] Hmmmm.. Well, I have all the money I need, but it's nowhere near the amount of money I want, and I can already tell the future (My future contains this: I am going to submit a comment), so I think I'll stick with both, but thanks for offering. :)

1. Mags, you know snake would be included in that...Do you want to rethink? I might pick O so I could learn everything about the ocean that surrounded me.
2.I think you know these answers already!
3.Def all the money!!! I wonder about the future but its probably a good thing I dont know what is in store.

1. I would pick L for Love, Llama's and Lions.

2. Well you already know me, but everyone else doesn't so here goes.
I'm American but my ancestors are English and German. We celebrate all Christian holidays, plus the all-american Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and heck I'll celebrate St. Patty's Day, Cinqo de Mayo, I guess you could say I'm an equal opportunity partier. And i'm a 30 yr old female.

3. I would definitely take all the money I would ever need. That way I could pay for my future.

Owl: Yay! You're first!

C-Unit: Yes, I thought of that. But I'm sure the island has real snakes, and so I'd better know which ones are poisonous. Right?

Oriolegal:Equal Opp Partier. Nice.

1. I would pick S or R for the same reason you did.

2. I'm mostly German, but an average mix of other nationalities. I'm 26 (almost 27), male, white, straight, thoughtful, fun loving, musical, and inspiring (hopefully).

3. If I would be able to pick all of the right horses on the horse races, I'd much rather be able to tell the future.

These are great questions. Take care!

Did you pick s for the sex!lol! By irish do you mean parents directly come from Ireland? if so where abouts, well actually where abouts anyway!

1. I would pick, i dont know? B for books and blogging and beer.

2. I am 3 quarters English and 1 quarter Irish, thanks to Grandad. I love corn beef and cabbage, especially when i was in Dublin. So celebrate St Patricks Day with lots of Guinness! I am female and 25!

3. It would have to be all the money, so i could at least have some fun before a tree or something fell on me!

1. F, because that's the volume that would have the entry for flags, which has colorful pictures of all the world's flags. I love color!

2. 36, M, jockey

3. Money because the future is what we make it.

1. I'd take one of the ones with several letters because each letter didn't make a big enough book. That way my vocabulary would consist of more than one letter when I've been on the island so long I've forgotten other words.

2. Australian - 14 and 13 generations (each side) since coming over from England, Australia Day I guess, 20, female.

3. Money. I don't want to know the future, imagine if you knew someone was going to die and you'd feel like you just let it happen, you couldn't stop it because if you stopped it then you don't really know the future.

Okay, thinking cap on...

1. "C" because I think it's one of the largest. I could study up on Capitalism.

2. We thought we were German, English and French but after doing the ancestory thing, we found out we're Austrian, English and French. We do the normal Christian holidays and the others on the US calendar. Oh yeah, I'm (swallows hard) 59.

3. Don't want to know what's coming! Oh no, no, no. It's way too scary out there!!!

1. Whichever volume explains how to survive on a deserted island!

2. I don't have one particular heritage. I'm 50.. female.

3. I guess money. I don't think I'd want to know the future. So of it might be nice to know, but other things would be awful.

1. I think I would take the letter "F". I could learn more about food, fun, and fire. Hopefully, all things I would have access to or learn how to create in one way or the other.

2. My heritage is Pennsylvania Dutch. We celebrate all the Christian holidays and when I mean all, I mean Ascension Day and Good Friday and Old Christmas. I am female and 41 years old.

3. I, too, will take the money. I don't want to know what is in my future. Can't even imagine the anxiety that could potentially bring to one.

I like your blog and found it through bestest blog. Congrats...this was fun and interesting.
