I am really fucking angry today.

And there's no particular reason why.

I just hate everything.

I even hate this fucking blog right now.

I just want to huff and scream and yell and cry.

And I have no idea why, or how I can get it to pass.

Does that happen to you ever?

Be sure to read the post below this one. It's the original post for today and it's much nicer.

It happens to me too Mags. I just wake up "rancid". That's the only way to put it. Usually it has to do with something, sometimes it's random. It's the kind of feeling that lingers even when you do all the things that would usually make you smile ear to ear. In your case: Rye Bread, chocolate, the smell of skunks.

When all else fails just hope tomorrow brings a nicer, brighter outlook. The office is always a little "off" when you feel blue. I hope you cheer up soon, we all need to hear your laughter.

Thanks Megan, and I'm sorry the office feels gloomy b/c I am quiet. I'll try to laugh tomorrow.

Hmm, so I read the Angry blog and then the story before it. What I thing is you need a trip to Sunny and Warm Florida, is that where you are trying to drive south to?

Anyways, I hope tomorrow brings your sunshine back.

It should have said...

I spent all day throwing up, Mags. I called in sick. Second time in seven years, if you don't include a handful of days when my sons were born.

Talk about being pissy. And all three boys are sick, too.

Grrr. I went from throwing up to crying as I watched my sons wretching and crying over garbage cans.

Yikes Hamel, I'm sorry to hear that.

I went from just being annoying at the computer guy on the phone this morning to actually picking up a report that was thrown on the floor and throwing it on my desk exclaiming "We work with children" to almost throwing my computer out of the window as I got booted off like, a million times when I got home.

Tomorrow, I hope, will be better.

A word of advice for the angry girl.

Be careful of the words you say,
And keep them soft and sweet;
For you never know from day to day,
Which ones you'll have to eat.

Thanks for the advice Greg. I mostly stay quiet when I am angry for just that reason.

And luckily Megan will still love me today and understands an off day.
